Located on the Riviera Maya, just twenty-five minutes south of Cancun Airport, the all-inclusive El Dorado Royale is a deluxe property ideal for vacationers seeking laid-back luxury for adults.

ROOMS

Hot tubs and Hammocks” is how one of our guests summarized the atmosphere at El Dorado Royale. We concur. Rest, relaxation and romance is our motto and it was weaved into every aspect of the property including the suites, as this is an all suite resort.

The decoration of its 605 Suites was inspired by local Mexican motifs, providing for a wonderfully balanced atmosphere. Each of the suites has indoor Jacuzzis so you can extend your soaking pleasure into the privacy of your accommodations. All rooms feature lovely wooden furniture including king size or double beds, nightstands, and desk.

To cool down from the warm tropical breeze, each room has individually controlled air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Other conveniences include a radio and alarm clock, safety deposit box, private bath or shower, color satellite TV, amenity kit, ironing board with iron, minibar and coffee maker.

Individual Casita Suite
The individual Casita Suites are unique, stand alone one room building directly facing the Caribbean Sea.

Swim Up Casita
Enjoy all of the features of the Ocean Front Casita Suite, relax on your water-mirror balcony and step directly into an unique lazy river that connects to the main pool with swim up bar.

Along with all the standard furnishings, the Casita suites feature high ceilings with a thatched roof, double sink, full bath and shower, an ocean view indoor Jacuzzi, an oversized balcony with breathtaking views of the Caribbean and a DVD player with a selection of some DVD’s. We know that there will be days or special occasions when you will not feel like visiting one of the restaurants. For those special moments we have a 24-hour room service available (please see restaurant section for room-service menu). In the room, a refrigerator is stocked and replenished daily with water, soft drinks and beer. Lastly, perhaps the most unique and popular attribute of the Casita suites is the open air shower, which we call Aguas del Amor. It is truly an inspiring experience to take a moonlit shower under the stars.

Regardless, however, of which room-type you select, we promise that your stay will be as comfortable and pleasant as we can possibly make it. Of course, non–smoking rooms are available upon request.

Located in the center of the property, the El Dorado Royale spa was created with the same motto of rest, relaxation and romance. Among the many treatments, one of our most popular offerings is the couples massage class.

Use of the Spa facilities includes the fitness room, sauna and steam room.

To get the most out of your “spa experience”, we encourage you to keep the following points in mind:

Reservations
How early should you arrive for your appointment? Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We also recommend that you take a 20-minute sauna or steam bath prior to your treatment(s).

Cancellation policy
As a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists, we require a 12-hours notice for cancellations or for appointment changes. Without this advance notification you will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment(s) fee.

Male or female therapist?
When making your appointment please be sure to let us know the gender preference of your therapist. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

The more personal physical information we have for your therapist the better we can serve you. It is important to note that some of our treatments are not recommended for pregnant women, people with high blood pressure or people with allergies.

Gratuities & taxes
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. All treatment prices are in u.s. dollars 10% tax (iva) included.

Hours of operation
Spa facilities are open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. This includes gym amenities, sauna, steam room, showers and all spa treatments.

Appointments should be made at least one day in advance.
All appointments are based on availability.

Prior to receiving your treatment(s), we recommend that you leave all of your jewelry and valuables in the safety deposit box located in your room. If you arrive late for your reservation, your treatment may be shortened so that the therapist is on time for his/her next appointment. Appointments are automatically cancelled 10 minutes after their scheduled time if you fail to arrive for your treatment(s).
