FACILITIES:
This is a luxurious All-Inclusive resort, where beautiful architecture meets nature to create a perfect balance. This property offers approximately 400 meters of white sand beach. It has a spectacular lake pool including center islands covered with palm trees, water falls and Jacuzzis, besides a separate children’s pool, both surrounded by palm trees and huts. There is a shuttle service within the hotel grounds every 15 minutes. The following services are also available at an extra charge: laundry, babysitting, Internet,, travel agency, shops and 24-hour-a-day medical service, aside from a top-of the-line spa with beauty salon, located at the Iberostar Playa Paraiso Shopping Center. The conference rooms at the complex’s Convention Center are also available for private events at a charge.
SUPERIOR ROOMS:
It has a total of 424 rooms, among them: 62 junior suites and 2 presidential suites. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fan, private bathrooms with shower or bathtub and hairdryers, and private terrace or balcony. They all are equipped with color cableTV with remote control, mini bar with soft drinks, beer and bottled water, coffee maker, telephone, alarm clock, in-room safe deposit boxes, iron and Ironing board.
SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT:
The hotel offers a variety of activities during the day (aerobics, dance lessons, water polo, beach volleyball, basketball, Spanish lessons, etc.). There are 1 multi-purpose court and 2 lighted tennis courts (equipment included at no extra charge). The PADI Dive Center located right at the hotel’s beach offers catamarans, kayaks, snorkeling equipment and diving lessons in the pool at no extra charge (for a limited time, based on availability), and optional dives and certification course at an additional cost There is a different show with live music every night at the theater. Guests can also access the “Galaxy” night club, located at the complex’s Shopping Center. In addition, they can also play golf at Iberostar Playa Paraíso Golf Club, 18hole course, par 72, designed by renowned P.B. Dye (at a supplementary fee).
ALL INCLUSIVE:
This hotel features a Buffet Restaurant (“El Mercado”) and the following 7 specialty restaurants: Mediterranean “L.a Dorada”,Troplcal NO Faro”, Japanese “Hashiru”, Mexican “La Hacienda”, Brasllian NO Rodizio”, Steak House “El Puerto” and Gourmet “El Colonial” (limited number of reservations, based on stay). Besides its 10 bars (including Sports Bar “Star Rock Café” and the swim-up Bar), it also offers a game room to the guests. In addition, the hotel offers room service from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. Lucy’s Mini Club has supervised activities for children 4 to 12 years old, everyday.
