FACILITIES:
Built in Mexican Pacific style, this hotel features a luxurious 24-Hour All-Inclusive service. Every building resembles an authentic Mexican Villa with a courtyard, where “Concierge” service is provided during the day. The hotel has a total of 5 pools, among them a lazy river and a unique wave pool. It also offers 5 bars/lounges, an ice cream parlor, a game room and a fitness center. Guests staying at this hotel have access to a total of 14 restaurants at the Iberostar Playa Paraiso complex. They can also enjoy the following services at an additional charge: use of conference rooms at the Convention Center, golf course, wedding arrangements, spa and beauty salon, babysitting and laundry service, Internet and medical service (available 24 hours a day).
SUPERIOR ROOMS:
It has a total of 446 rooms, among them: 14 honeymoon suites and 2 presidential suites. All rooms have a private balcony and either one king size bed or two double beds. Every room has air conditioning and ceiling fan, private bathrooms with bathtub, shower and hairdryers, lighted cosmetic mirror and telephone. They all are equipped with color cable TV with remote control, fully stocked mini bar, coffee maker, telephone, alarm clock, in-room safe deposit boxes, iron and ironing board.
SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT:
The hotel offers a variety of activities during the day: dance lessons, water polo, beach volleyball, basketball, archery, air rifle shooting, tennis table, etc. The PADI Dive Center located right at the hotel’s beach offers catamarans, kayaks, snorkeling equipment and diving lessons in the pool at no extra charge (for a limited time, based on availability), and optional dives and certification course at an additional cost. Lucy’s Mini Club offers supervised activities from 10.15 a.m. to 5 p.m. for children ages 4 to 12, daily. For adults, on the other hand, there is a different show with live music and dance performances every night at the theater. If they prefer to dance themselves, there is a theme night club. In addition, they can also play golf at Iberostar Playa Paraíso Golf Club, an 18-hole course, par 72, designed by renowned P.B. Dye (at a supplementary fee).
ALL INCLUSIVE:
Besides the Buffet Restaurant “La Pagoda” (open for breakfast, lunch and dinner), the hotel offers 3 specialty restaurants (reservations required, dress code): Cajun “Jambalaya”, Gourmet “El Museo” (adults only, minimum age 12 years) and Italian “La Laguna”. Breakfast and lunch are also offered at the Snack Restaurant located by the pool. In addition, guests staying at this hotel can access all Restaurants and Bars at the sister hotels Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar and Iberostar Paraiso Beach.
