Dulce Patria:
The restaurant is an exceptional, sophisticated and evocative space which integrates and rescues the colors and splendor of Mexico. The menu and cocktails are designed by Martha Ortiz who has given herself the mission of rescuing the traditional tastes, textures, and colors of Mexican’s incomparable gastronomy. The wine’s list specialty is Mexican products. Open from Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, Sunday for lunch only.
Anatol:
Opening in May 2013 to complement the hotel with a small bar and function space. Acclaimed Chef Justin Ermini has created a concept inspired in international dishes with a focus in farm to table ingredients. The space will combine an elegant setting yet casual and cosmopolitan ambiance.
Aurora Spa:
Aurora Spa, an intimate signature spa with private treatment areas (wet room) that feature the latest massage therapies and skin revitalization techniques. Special treatment menu available for suites. Salon services available upon request at a nearby facility.
