EXPERIENCE MANAGER
The complexity of the “Experience Equation” (The Music, The Physical, and The Intangible) demands the presence of a “Master of Ceremony” at Me by Melia Cabo. This special individual understands the vision and is capable of masterfully orchestrating the factors above. Some define it the “Director of Culture”, others the “Brand Ambassador”, we call it the “Experience Manager”.
Evaluates and adjusts overall guest experiences, listens to comments, criticism and feedback, based on interaction with guests in lobby, bar, and public areas, to gain an understanding of strength and opportunity to improve personal/hotel performance.
Resolves and responds proactively to any guest’s needs that have arisen and is always looking to fulfill guest’s expectations.
Inspects public areas a minimum of 3 times per day monitoring music, video, temperature, lighting, and scents. Makes alterations as needed, also inspects the product (rooms, outlets, amenities) to ensure adherence to standards. Also conducts a daily walk-through to build guest satisfaction, develops relationships and promotes repeat guest business.
