THE PROPERTY

Featuring the renowned Gourmet Inclusive® concept, the Azul Fives Hotel, by Karisma features oversized, luxurious, tastefully designed 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites, private rooftop lounge decks in penthouse suites as well as an upscale, all-service spa.

The hotel is strategically located in Playa del Carmen on the Riviera Maya, Mexico, just 35 minutes south of Cancun International Airport. With this great location, guests can experience convenience first hand with the charming restaurants, shops, and local attractions of downtown Playa del Carmen, only 10-minutes away. The area provides many other popular attractions, including the notable selection of world class exclusive Championship 18 hole golf courses only minutes away.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The 360 oversized luxury suites at the Azul Fives Hotel are tastefully designed in contemporary architectural style. Guests will love the lush tropical gardens which frame views of both the Caribbean Sea and the hotel’s many crystal clear pools.

For additional convenience all buildings at the Azul Fives Hotel are equipped with elevators. All accommodations are provided with air conditioning, LCD flat screen cable television with DVD player, iPod deck, either a king size or two double size beds, night table, radio/alarm clock, deluxe bathrobes, safety deposit box, amenity kit, minibar, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and direct dial telephone. Bathrooms feature a rainforest shower, double sinks with marble countertops, bath amenities, a hair dryer and a magnifying vanity mirror. All suites also feature oversized balconies or terraces.

This 1,119-square-feet suite is decorated with art lamps, sculptures and large paintings on the walls. It offers a complete separate living room with modern furnishings and a double pull out sofa bed, a large granite top kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove), a dining table for eight and a powder room. There is a terrace/balcony off the living room and bedroom with a garden view. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a ceiling fan, and a deluxe Jacuzzi for two. The master bathroom has a double sink with marble countertops, a walk in “rain forest” type shower and a private toilet cabin. Max Occupancy: 4 pax

FISHER-PRICE® ONE BEDROOM SUITE

Decorated with sculptures and large paintings, this suite offers a living room with sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining table for eight and a powder room. There is a terrace/balcony off the living room and bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and deluxe Jacuzzi for two. These Fisher Price suites will provide branded Fisher-Price Little People Robes, Little People CD’s and DVD’s provided in each room for children’s entertainment. A customized Welcome Voicemail inviting them to meet the Little People for Character breakfast or other fun events in Azulitos Play House, photo session with the Little People (branded photo will be provided prior to guests checkout with family and Little People), Fisher-Price toys in room and Little People Decorations throughout the suite. 1 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE

This amazing rooftop lounge deck penthouse was created to satisfy even the most demanding guests’ needs. In addition to the above mentioned amenities of the One-Bedroom Suite, the One Bedroom Penthouse Suites are located on the third floor and feature an exclusive and unique rooftop lounge deck where guests can enjoy private gatherings with family and friends. The rooftop lounge deck doubles the living space of the suite and has special glass panels to block the wind as well as a deluxe whirlpool tub for six (6) pax that is elevated to allow for spectacular views. The rooftop deck also features a large lounge area which includes a sofa and coffee table, chaise lounges ideal for sun bathing, pergola, a barbeque grill ($), a marble halfbathroom with sink and shower and also a patio dining table for six (6) with pergola. This lounge is perfect for entertaining, sharing an afternoon barbecue or room service delivery. Max Occupancy: 4 pax

2 BEDROOM SUITE

Specially designed for families and friends, these suites offer 1,710-square-feet of interior space. This suite category provides the same amenities described for the One-Bedroom Suite as well as a tastefully designed second bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds, an LCD flat screen TV with DVD player; a private marble top bathroom with a double sink, a “rain forest” type shower, a magnifying vanity mirror and deluxe bathrobes. 3 BEDROOM SUITE

Designed with big parties in mind, this enormous 2,248 square-feet suite caters to families and groups of friends. This suite offers all of the above amenities plus a third bedroom. The third bedroom offers the same conveniences as the second bedroom listed above. Max Occupancy: 8 pax

2 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE SUITE

This suite category provides the same amenities described for the One-Bedroom Penthouse Suite as well as a tastefully designed second bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds. Max Occupancy: 6 pax

SEA OLIVE- MEDITERRANEAN

Serving Mediterranean Cuisine; this seaside restaurant offers a truly authentic lunch and dinner experience for guests of all ages. For additional comfort while dining, it features an indoor air-conditioned section and an outdoor terrace, both à la carte. Sea Olive offers amazing ocean views and guests can hear the waves of the ocean while enjoying their meal. A semi-private dining is also available for group dinners. Lunch: 12:00 hrs. – 17:00 hrs. Dinner: 17:00 hrs. – 22:00 hrs.

TSUKI- PACIFIC RIM CUISINE

Enjoy the unique flavors of the Pacific Rim. Tsuki offers a sushi bar along with various other Asian fares, all à la carte and cooked to perfection. For additional comfort while dining it features a fully air-conditioned dining room. Guests can enjoy beach views and an intimate ambience at this restaurant. Dinner: 17:30 hrs. – 22:00 hrs.

FLAVOURS- WORLD CUISINE

Flavours is a non-pretentious restaurant serving food from around the world. This restaurant provides guests with a very relaxed and family oriented atmosphere where guests can enjoy a variety of mouth watering preparations and cool off in the air conditioned space. Also, guests can enjoy spectacular views of a true cenote, which is a natural winding river unique to the destination. Breakfast: 6:30 hrs. -12:00 hrs. Dinner: 17:30 hrs. – 22:30 hrs.

AREZZO – ITALIAN

Located in front of the Caribbean ocean with floor to ceiling Windows for an unobstructed view as far as the Island of Cozumel. Arezzo open kitchen Italian restaurant where the emphasis is on originality, culinary authenticity and flavor.An array of freshly made pastas, stone oven pizzas and grilled to perfection seafood, poultry and meats compose a mouthwatering menu. ORIOLA BEACH CLUB GRILL

Blessed by a privileged location, a stone throw away from the Caribbean surf, The Oriola Beach Club Grill is the best way to experience the Azul Fives “Al Fresco” experience. Stunning vistas and light breezes are not the only items on the menu enjoy light meals and grilled fares at Lunch and lively themed Dinners in the evening. ZKY BAR

Providing guests with nightly entertainment, ZKY BAR is the perfect place to spend a night out and enjoy cocktails under the stars. This sophisticated Zky bar and lounge has a second floor location to take in the views of the Caribbean with Cozumel in the distance. Guests can enjoy their live music, dancing and entertainment here every night of the week, and sample the trendy cocktail list. Grab one of the king-size lounge beds lining the outside terrace edge with cocktail service for a relaxed evening.
