The Bahia Principe Resort offers a total of 1,259 guestrooms which are distributed in three-story villas housing 18 rooms each. The Bahia Principe Tulum section offers 774 rooms including 36 Junior Suites and the Bahia Principe Akumal section offers 485 rooms including 413 Junior Suites and 72 standard rooms. Standard room amenities include fully-fitted marble bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, color TV with remote control, mini-bar and balcony or terrace.

The Bahia Principe Resort features several swimming pools including one with three Jacuzzis, a lake-form pool with children’s section and a natural saltwater pool on the beach.
